It has proven to be the same this month until a few days ago, when most cryptos took a dive in value.
As usual Bitcoin was the leader and the rest followed in a dowhill direction soon after.
The reasons are considered numerous but in general the market was overvalued and the price drop is a reflection of real world values and this is just a market correction.
Tron (TRX) faired particularly badly and still is recovering which I think it will over time.

This is no reason to panic if you are holding cryptos, this period will come to an end, when is anyones guess, But crypto trading goes this ways some times and you have to hang in there,
It this a buying opportunity? Could well be for some cryptos but I wouldn't put my house on it, I don't think they will all start shooting up again of a sudden.
Take a deep breath invest a smallish amount on the dip and wait for the eventual price rises.
